We are currently looking for a Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is you:

A super-communicator who has a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university along with account management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is the job:

  • Developing, managing, and growing effective positive relationships with our key clients on a decision-making level.
  • Ensure processes are being evaluated and updated to successfully monitor and measure key client metrics.
  • Developing account plans, strategies and presentations designed for client retention and expansion.
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including Account Managers, Management, and Internal Departments in order to meet client objectives and expectations.
  • Overseeing all client deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  • Constantly monitoring client satisfaction and continuously evaluate ways to exceed client expectations.

Offset Press Operator

  • Understand the world of commercial printing – 2 to 3 years' experience operating a 4-color offset press

  • Help maintain inventory of supplies and advise management of repair or replenishment needs.
  • Available to work overtime as needed.

Technology Integration Specialist

We are currently looking for an Technology Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is the job:

The Technology Integration Specialist will manage and maintain our e-commerce storefront portfolio and ensure data integrity between all internal platforms. This individual will also provide our clients with the expertise to manage products in the e-commerce space as well as the technical ability to build, support and optimize the pre-media production workflow automation engine. The successful candidate will excel at the following tasks:

  • Design, create, and maintain e-commerce storefronts.
  • Create and maintain digital templates within various e-commerce storefronts.
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients to determine project direction and scope.
  • Serve as a point of contact with client during storefront project development.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to establish workflow processes for effective project timelines.
  • Create and manage automated workflows for individual sites integrating through internal MIS systems.
  • Provide technical input and support for design concepts, color management, and print manufacturing which includes building of automation workflows through to each output device.
  • Provide hardware and software evaluation and recommendations for continued departmental and corporate growth.
  • Develop efficiencies by building customized automated workflows reducing or eliminating the need for pre-media engagement.
  • Manage integration between multiple software platforms.
